GoodDay Software, Inc. Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between GoodDay Software Inc., a Delaware company ("Company," "we," or "us") and the user ("User" or "you").

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Google Sheets™ application ("Application"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Application for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://gooddaysoftware.com/privacypolicy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time without notice for any reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
